Este trabajo analiza el discurso del presidente Alberto Fernández en la Cumbre sobre Sistemas Alimentarios de las Naciones Unidas (UNFSS) con el objetivo de caracterizar las concepciones que promueve el Estado argentino en torno a los sistemas alimentarios en los ámbitos internacionales. Para ello, se presenta un breve resumen del sistema alimentario argentino, se abordan las dos concepciones centrales sobre sistema alimentario (Seguridad y Soberanía Alimentaria) y se esbozan las disputas que se generaron alrededor de la UNFSS. A nivel metodológico, se aplica el análisis crítico del discurso (ACD) que propone develar las desigualdades, el poder y el dominio social que se manifiesta en los discursos que sostienen y legitiman los actores sociales. El marco analítico es abordado desde diferentes autores clásicos como Benveniste, Foucault, Laclau y Volóshinov.

Critical analysis of the discourse of the president of Argentina at the United Nations Food Systems Summit (UNFSS)
This paper analyzes the speech of president Alberto Fernández at the United Nations Food Systems Summit (UNFSS) with the aim of characterizing the conceptions promoted by the Argentine State regarding food systems in international arenas. To do this, a brief summary of the Argentine food system is presented, the two central conceptions of the food system (Food Security and Sovereignty) are addressed, and the disputes that were generated around the UNFSS are outlined. At the methodological level, critical discourse analysis (CDA) is applied, which proposes to reveal inequalities, power and social dominance that is manifested in the discourses that support and legitimize social actors. The analytical framework is approached from different classical authors such as Benveniste, Foucault, Laclau and Volóshinov.
