En este artículo, realizamos un análisis discursivo de informes psicosociales producidos en un centro de reclusión penal juvenil de Córdoba. Estos informes deben exponerse regulados por el paradigma legal de la Protección Integral de Derechos, vigente en la provincia desde la adhesión legislativa, en 2007, a la Ley Nacional de Protección. Pero, al mismo tiempo, deben constituirse en prueba judicial, y, por lo tanto, hacer valer la propia competencia profesional dentro del campo jurídico, en el que impera la pregunta por el conflicto del joven con los roles normativos. Desde la perspectiva constructivista de la referencia, asignamos las operaciones que intervienen en la construcción de los objetos discursivos articulados sobre el eje de esa pregunta normativista, y concluimos sobre la autorización que exhibe el enunciador experto, las jerarquías que se instituyen y las representaciones del encierro como lugar de contención y protección frente a la anomalía.

Regulatory Role of Professional Discourse in the Youth Penality in Córdoba, Argentina
In this article, we carry out a discursive analysis of psychosocial reports issued from a juvenile detention center in Córdoba. These reports must be exposed following the regulation provided by the legal framework of the Comprehensive Protection of Rights Act, in effect in the province since its legal adhesion, in 2007, to the National Protection Law. However, at the same time, they must be filed as judicial evidence, and, therefore, assert their own professional competence within the legal field, where what prevails is the issue of the young person's conflict with normative roles. From the constructivist perspective of reference, we assign the operations involved in the construction of discursive objects articulated on the basis of this normative question, and we conclude on the authorization exhibited by the expert speaker, the hierarchies that are established, and the representations of confinement as a place of support and protection in the face of anomalies.
